BYTES DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS (BDS) is the distributor of the Xerox brand of products and services in more than 22 sub Sahara countries. Bytes Document Solutions are part of the Altron Group.
XTEC PMB (PTY) LTD are authorized Xerox dealers and the exclusive suppliers of Xerox products, services, sales and after sales within the Midlands and Northern Natal area. Currently operating from 3 branches namely Pietermaritzburg the Head Office with Ladysmith and Newcastle branches.

	Quality focus XTEC PMB (PTY) LTD’s sole supplier of Xerox Equipment; Bytes Document Solutions was awarded ISO 9001: 2000 certification for its quality processes and safety compliance. All products are imported from Xerox, they are manufactured against stringent six sigma measures and carry British Standards Institute approval. In addition, in keeping with South African import regulations, all products are approved for safety and radio emissions by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).

XTEC PMB (PTY) LTD has been operating in Commercial Road (Now Chief Albert Luthuli Road) in Pietermaritzburg since 2002 as a distributor of Xerox printing products and office automation solutions for small, medium and large organisations.

XTEC’s 38-strong sales and technical support staff assist customers and organisations in the Pietermaritzburg, Newcastle, Ladysmith, Dundee and Vryheid areas by catering to their printing needs, be it to save costs and improve efficiencies through the use of multifunction devices that combine faxing, printing, copying and scanning into one device; enhance desktop printing capabilities; or aid high-print volume environments.
