Your clients need access to online services around the clock and in many cases this means that you need to produce documents on demand. PlanetPress Suite can connect to any web system to enable client requests to be processed automatically in a format that suits your customer's preference - web PDF, email PDF or print.

In the example above, a new customer registers to online banking services by filling an e-form. The data gets sent instantly to PlanetPress Suite which then generates a confirmation web page with a specific customer number and related information.

The same data is used to generate a personalized letter sent to the client by regular mail, with:

   * personalized salutation and address, including postal barcodes
   * customer number
   * personalized content confirming this customer's specific purchases and services subscriptions
   * variable signature with this customer's account manager contact information
   * personalized QR Code to link directly to this customer's personal page

Attached to the letter is a personalized leaflet still created with the same information gathered from the web and including:

   * customer number and temporary unique PIN Number
   * instruction for online login
   * advertisement on services and products not purchased at this point by the customer
   * current promotions
   * localization of the nearest branch office for this customer

All this is achieved automatically with no human intervention, which means this service can be available 24/7, for the client's convenience.
